While it is common practice for real estate agents to post homes for sale in the hopes of finding a buyer, it is not often that you see agents reaching out with the buyer first.

We have 5 serious, QUALIFIED, buyers that are looking in this area to no avail.

Perhaps you, or someone you know, has just what they are looking for in a property. We would be happy to bring them to see your home and help negotiate a fair price and sale.

Our client wish lists

The sisters

They are two friends who are looking for a lake property their families can split, share and grow on. They want main channel lake views on a dock-able property with nice water frontage. An existing home on several acres or a nice parcel of vacant land would work as would two camp houses side by side. A property within close proximity to Knoxville on Fort Loudon or Tellico Lake would be ideal. Their budget is flexible depending upon the property.

Multigenerational homesteaders

This family is looking for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home with detached in-law quarters or a basement rancher with in-law quarters downstairs. Wider hallways, open rooms and a stand in shower are on the wish list. The perfect house would be on a large lot with some privacy.  The family is flexible on location. West Knox, Louisville, Friendsville and Lenoir City are workable options. The maximum budget on this family home is $400,000.

A mom, a boy and two dogs

This family is looking for a smaller, 3 bedroom home in the West Knoxville area with enough room in the yard for the dogs to play. A pool is on the wish list but the work involved in maintaining a pool is not. The ideal compromise would be a home in a neighborhood with a community pool and other amenities and activities to enjoy.  Their budget is in the $375,000 range.

A home without the homework

A wish for a condo or townhouse with a mountain view and a room that can serve as a light, bright office space is on the list for this couple.  They prefer a newer or newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Schools are not important but convenience is.  A community with amenities would be great but is not a deal breaker. Roomy living space, modern finishes and staying within their 300’ish budget is what is most important to these two.

A cottage for two

This soon to retire couple is looking to close the chapter on their large family home and begin the next chapter in a cottage for two. Gone are the needs for family rooms, basketball hoops and play areas. Today, they are dreaming of cozy outdoor living spaces, big porches and easy access to the perfect fishing spot. A simple one story home for easy living that is fresh and light with water views. Lakefront with dock or community boat launch/slips would be perfect. They are hoping to buy this dream for under $600,000.

A growing family home

Adding a new baby to the family means it's time to settle in and purchase their first home for this couple. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and a yard to play in is what they are hoping for. A family support system in the Louisville area makes Louisville and Alcoa the most desired locations of choice. The top of the budget is $159,000.
